What's the minimum order?
10 pcs per design for DTG, DTF and embroidery. Screen print starts at 30 pcs, because a plate is made per colour. Mix sizes freely — 3 × S, 4 × M, 3 × L — at the same unit price.
Can I see the design before paying?
Always. Every order gets a free digital mockup within 24–48 hours (72 hours for embroidery, where your logo is digitised first), revised until you're happy. Payment only starts production.
How long does delivery take?
Production 5–7 days, then express air 3–5 days or economy sea 20–28 days. Rush 5-day production available for +15%.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — tracked door-to-door to North America, Europe, UK, Australia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
What file do I need for my logo?
Any format: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, even a photo of a sketch. We clean up and vectorise simple logos for free.
Which print method will you use?
Four options, and you can see each one in the Design Studio. DTG (direct to garment) soaks water-based ink into the fibres — softest feel, best on 100% cotton, unlimited colours. DTF (heat transfer) presses a printed film on top — crisp edges and stretch, best for polyester, nylon and performance wear. Screen print lays a thick opaque ink — boldest colour, cheapest per piece above 100. Embroidery stitches a raised crest — the premium choice for polos and left-chest logos. Prices differ between methods, so tell us the garment and we'll recommend one.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Prints that crack within 30 washes are reprinted free. Wrong or damaged items are remade and reshipped at our cost.
